Our take on DeepStrip
From what the service offers, DeepStrip is a narrowly focused tool. You upload a photo, and within about 20 seconds it returns an AI-generated nude version. The freemium setup lets you try basic features before paying for higher-quality output, which is a reasonable way to judge whether it suits you. What I can't tell from the published information is what the paid plans cost or how limited the free tier is, since no entry price is listed.
I also have reservations about the framing. The headline pitches creating a nude photo of "your friend," which runs directly against the site's own claim to encourage ethical use. Privacy is emphasized, but the site gives no specifics on how uploads are stored or deleted.
Pros
- Stated turnaround of around 20 seconds per image
- Free tier with basic features to try before paying
- Several pricing plans rather than a single option
Cons
- Pricing is not published, so the cost of higher-quality results is unclear
- The marketing headline encourages use on other people, which conflicts with its ethics message
- Privacy claims come without details on data handling
- Credit card is the only listed payment method
Verdict: On paper, DeepStrip is a quick, simple undress tool with a low-risk free entry point, but unclear pricing and vague privacy details hold it back. It must only be used on your own photos or with the explicit consent of the people pictured.
